Summary:
Under The Alolan Sun is the 1st opening song used as part of the Pokémon Sun and Moon anime in English and is performed by Jannel Candrice and The Sad Truth (featuring Ben Dixon). It has some of the clips used in the Japanese opening Alola!.Ash runs up the hill towards the Pokémon School and then it quickly transitions to his classmates crashing into a Alolan Exeggutor. They quickly recover and dance in union in a line. Each of the main characters has a quick introduction splash card with their main Pokémon.
Team Rocket are then seen in the forest looking around when they are startled by Bewear who comes out from behind a bush.In a wasteland area scene, Solgaleo runs by and then Lunala then appears flying from the moon. Another quick transition then shows Pikachu using its Z-Move and the opening ends with Satoshi and Pikachu sitting on a roof looking at the ocean.
