3年前、家族旅行でジョウト地方のヒワダタウンにやってきたゴウは、幻のポケモン・セレビィを探す少年、トキオと出会った。浮かない顔のゴウの想いとは?

3年前、家族旅行でジョウト地方のヒワダタウンにやってきたゴウは、幻のポケモン・セレビィを探す少年、トキオと出会った。意気投合した2人は、一緒にセレビィを探すことにするが、そう簡単には見つからず、「明日も一緒に探そう」と約束をして別れる。だが、次の日トキオは待ち合わせの場所に現れなかった…。そして現在、再びヒワダタウンを訪れたゴウが出会ったのは…!?

Flash forward to present day, when Go once again visits Hiwada Town and ends up encountering...
