The "Shibuya Anime Base Special: New Pocket Monsters Anime Chapter Premiere Commemoration Special!", a special edition of the Abema-managed anime/pop culture news show Shibuya Anime Base, is a special presenting heaps of highlights from Mega Voltage, the new chapter of the anime Pocket Monsters.

In this special, Shibuya Anime Base's host Iwai-san from Haraichi and his monthly assistant host, voice actress Sora Tokui-san, will be joined by TV personality and "Pokémon fanatic" Akane Takayanagi-san and comedian Sunshine Ikezaki-san. Liko's voice actress Minori Suzuki-san and Roy's voice actress Yuka Terasaki-san will also appear as special guests, presenting highlights from the show. The thorough discussion the show will have with Suzuki-san and Terasaki-san will also reveal what they focus on when they play their characters, as well as the scenes from the show they remember the most. Pokémon fans Takayanagi-san and Ikezaki-san will also attempt a live dubbing session in front of Suzuki-san and Terasaki-san! What will the result of that be...? Look forward to the special!

Summary:
Thanks to Pagogo and the Six Heroes, the Rakulium finally gets successfully purified. However, after a brief moment where everyone believes things are at long last over, Spinel suddenly announces he's going to "take control of" Rakua! He then somehow manages to make the Six Heroes go berserk... Liko and the others attempt to escape as Rakua falls to the rampaging Six Heroes. What lies in wait at the end of the adventure to Rakua?!
