Summary:
Liko and the others learn of an eyewitness account of the Black Rayquaza near Fusube City, the home of a clan of Dragon Pokémon Trainers, but when they head there to investigate, a trio of masked Mototokage riders appear before them! They call themselves the "Dragon Speed Gang", and they seem to know something about Rayquaza... but they suddenly pick a fight with Liko and the others...?!
