Biography
Rubella is member of the Explorers that appeared alongside Indi. She battles using Strong Spheres and without issuing direct verbal move instructions to enhance her Pokémon, making their moves stronger and more unpredictable. She interfered with Indi to try to secure Strong Sphere parts but the Rising Volt Tacklers Liko, Roy, Dot, and Uruto battled to stop them.
