Magyoro is a young Pokémon Trainer who run a streaming channel called Magyorō Channel (マギョロウチャンネル). He and his Stunfisk played pranks on people in Levincia to make content for his videos. Magyorō was selected to be one of the Strong Sphere product tester for Exceed. He used a Strong Sphere on his Stunfisk but it became super fast and hard to control.

Iono called up Dot to come to Levincia to help investigate and she quickly realized that the Stunfisk was under the effect of Laquium. Dot's Tinkatuff was able to knock out Stunfisk so it would stop terrorizing the citizens.

After being defeated by Dot, Iono contacted them and suggested that he tried to prank her as it could go viral. He promised that he'd make a good video of her one day and that he'd stop uploading other prank videos.
