Davy is a member of the Pokémon Rescue Team and Virgil's older brother. His father is Jeff is the founder of the Pokémon Rescue Team. Davy is a bit protective of his younger brother Virgil and often got angry at Virgil and told him he was too reckless.

As a member of the Pokémon Rescue Squad, Davy does rescue operations together with his Pokémon. The Rescue Squad has a number of teams and Davy has his own team. His father Jeff, who likes helping people, started a voluntary service together with him. Today they co-operate with the Officer Jenny (Unova) of the city and do rescue operations in various places. Virgil joined after his training journey.

After the mission at the dam and reservoir, Davy realized that his brother had become quite mature now and that his training journey helped him become less reckless. Davy often flies helicopter machine number one to his missions and he flew Virgil to the Isshu League in Higaki City before going to drop off some Pokémon for another mission.
