Erina is a Pokémon Trainer who decided to visit Raimon City with her friend by they got separated and Erina thought her friend might have gone ahead and boarded a train. She then got separated from her Kibago and started traveling to different stations but found the subway system confusing and kept going to the wrong stations. She met Cilan and explained her situation to him and he decided to help her.

Cilan thought that the chances were high that Erina friend was waiting at the amusement park but she then saw her friend on an express train going through the station. They then ended up getting on the wrong train to the amusement park as they were rushing and Erina panicked a bit. Metro Sommelier Cilan ended up using his knowledge to help Erina get reunited with her Kibago who had been with Ash Ketchum and Iris most of the day.
