Jay Goede is a Fort Lauderdale based voice actor for the English dub of Pokémon the Series, joining in Movie 1 (Mewtwo Strikes Back). Jay is best known in the franchise as the first and original voice of (Movie 1) Mewtwo. He is credited as "Phillip Bartlett", causing confusion when, in 2001, another actor with the same name had passed away, causing editors on Wikipedia to edit the page with a death date. This wasn't corrected until several years later.
