The General Producer of Pokémon Masters Tetsuya Iguchi, posted an open letter about the game on the Pokémon Master's official website. This time, they discuss details about its five-and-a-half-year anniversary.
A Message from the Pokémon Masters EX Team (Vol. 73)
Greetings, Trainers.
I’m Tetsuya Iguchi, general producer of Pokémon Masters EX, here with a new message for you. Today, we’ll focus on details about a new event beginning at the end of March.
A New Event Set in Pasio Academy Is About to Begin!
Up to now, we’ve had four separate events about establishing Pasio Academy as a space for sharing experiences and knowledge. These founding chapters will conclude with Academy Founding Chapter The Bratty Mechanic, which is currently under way. At the end of March, a Pasio Academy event with a new type of format—called an Academy Event—will begin!
In this message, we’ll tell you about the distinctive features of Academy Events. At the start of an Academy Event, you’ll team up with one Academy Sync Pair. As you spend time battling and interacting with various Trainers at Pasio Academy, you’ll also acquire exclusive items to upgrade an Academy Sync Pair.
Initially, each Academy Sync Pair will have only one move. However, during the event, players can choose from various moves and Passive Skills for their Sync Pair to learn. This allows players to customize and upgrade their Sync Pair in unique ways.
However, there’s a limit to how many exclusive items you can acquire, so as you spend time at Pasio Academy, it’s important to think about what direction you want to take your Sync Pair. You can go through Pasio Academy as many times as you like, so feel free to try making different selections. The first Academy Sync Pair Trainer being featured in an Academy Event is Rosa wearing the Pasio Academy uniform!
Note: Image is conceptual and will not appear in-game.
What to Expect in the Next Message
Our next message is scheduled for late March. In it, we plan to share information about training Sync Pairs in Academy Events, and new Sync Pairs that will arrive as part of Academy Events. We’re always working hard to deliver updates and improvements that make the world of Pokémon Masters EX as fun as possible. Until next time, thank you for playing Pokémon Masters EX.
