From January 20th, 2018 until March 11th, 2018, the Rainbow Rocket Gang Campaign (レインボーロケット団の野望 キャンペーン) will take place at the Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores nationwide in Japan. A bunch of new goods, event Pokémon distributions and staff members dressed up as the bosses of Rainbow Rocket Gang will be part of the campaign.

What is Rainbow Rocket Gang

"Rainbow Rocket Gang" is an organization that appears in Nintendo 3DS software "Pocket Monster Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon." Bosses from the past Pocket Monsters games gathered together and have formed the greatest evil organization "Rainbow Rocket Gang". This time, at the Pokémon Centers, we will hold a campaign focused on the bosses of the "Rainbow Rocket Gang". Everyone who visits will become an honorary member of "Rainbow Rocket Gang", so please enjoy!

Rainbow Rocket Gang Bosses Pokémon Event Distribution

From January 20th, 2018 until March 11th, 2018, the Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores nationwide in Japan will distribute the Rainbow Rocket Gang Bosses Pokémon to players of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. The schedule for their distribution changes weekly so check the schedule to see when each will be distributed.

Rainbow Rocket Gang Merchandise

From Saturday, January 20th, 2018, those that purchase 2000yen (tax included) in merchandise at the Pokémon Centers or Pokémon Stores nationwide in Japan can receive 1 of 6 different Boss Pikachu Message Cards given at random.


For every 5 Pokémon Card Game Booster packs that are purchased at the Pokémon Centers, the Pokémon Center Online or the Pokémon Stores, patrons can receive 1 of 7 different Boss Pikachu TCG Promo cards.


7 Pikachu plushies dressed as each of the Rainbow Rocket Gang bosses will be available to purchase at the Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores.

On Saturday's, Sunday's and holiday's from January 20th, 2018 until March 11th, 2018, the Leaders of Rainbow Rocket Gang will appear at the Pokémon Centers nationwide in Japan. In addition, the boss's Pikachu wearing the boss's uniform will also make appearances!
