logoThe Osaka Pokémon Center will be opening a new location on the 13th floor of the Daimaru Umeda department store (大丸梅田店) on November 26th, 2010. The Osaka Pokémon Center will feature a Black and White theme throughout the store. The current Osaka Pokémon Center located in the Umeda Center Building will close next month. The Osaka Pokémon Center's logo will also change to include Pokabu.

The new Osaka Pokémon Center will carry over 2500 different Pokémon items as well as a few exclusive ones to commemorate the new location. There will also be a Union Room where fans can meet and will also serve as an excellent location for Pokémon Card Game and Pokémon Video Game tournament events.

For the opening celebrations, costumed Pikachu, Tsutarja, Pokabu, and Mijumaru will be there greeting visitors. Also a special Pokémon Card Game jumbo card will be given out to commemorate the reopening.

It's definitely a bigger location that's for sure. It seems it will prove to be the regional TCG/Video Game spot for the Osaka area and what a better way to get Pokemon fans there to buy more merchandise.
