Location: A forest between Kotobuki City and Kurogane City

Brief list of major episode highlights:
- A Konohana living in a tree with its relatives accidentally ends up getting lost.
- On their way to Kurogane, the group comes across the injured Konohana, which Takeshi befriends and heals. Konohana bonds with Takeshi's Usohachi.
- The Rockets plan to catch the Konohana for the boss. Nyarth dresses up as a Dirteng while Musashi and Kojiro dress up as hikers, after which they confront Satoshi's group and claim they've come to take Konohana to its family.
- Hikari scans "Dirteng" with her zukan, which sees through Nyarth's disguise.
- The Rockets reveal themselves and capture Usohachi and Konohana in a net before flying off. Satoshi is unable to stop them from escaping, but Takeshi manages to cling onto the net as they fly away.
- Takeshi is captured by the Rockets, but is let loose to cook for them, and manages to escape with Usohachi and Konohana as they eat.
- Usohachi breaks the cage it's locked up in with Double-Edge and evolves into Usokkie right afterwards.
- The Rockets catch up to Takeshi, and attack him with their Pokemon. Satoshi and Hikari arrive during the battle, but Takeshi wants to finish it himself, this being Usokkie's first real battle.
- After Usokkie defeats Muskippa, the battle is crashed by a Dirteng looking for Konohana. The Rockets distract it and fly off with Konohana again, but Dirteng shoots their balloon down and catches the falling Konohana before Pikachu sends the Rockets blasting off.
- Konohana is reunited with its friends, and the group continues on towards Kurogane and Satoshi's first gym match.

Team Rocket Balloon Enhancements? A net attached to the bottom of the basked, launched by a bazooka.
