Pokemon.com announced today that an anime marathon will be on Cartoon Network in the United States this Saturday, March 13th. Be sure to tune into the marathon for an epic lineup of Pokémon episodes. Below is the press release from the official site.



Cartoon Network heads to the Johto Region with six exciting episodes from Pokémon Season 3! Follow Ash, Brock, and Misty as they discover amazing Pokémon and participate in breathtaking battles, as well as square off against the nefarious Team Rocket!

Then, immediately following the Pokémon marathon, Cartoon Network is showing the second Pokémon movie, Pokémon: The Movie 2000 at 1 P.M. Go on an incredible adventure through the Orange Islands to find the Legendary Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres—and, finally, the extraordinary Pokémon Lugia!

The episodes that will be shown according to Cartoon Network's online schedule actually take place in the Orange Islands not Johto and are not part of the Johto Journeys season as the banner indicates. The episodes that aired were:

10:00am: Pokémon Water War
10:30am: Pokémon Food Fight
11:00am: Pokémon Double Trouble
11:30pm: The Wacky Watcher
12:00pm: The Stun Spore Detour
12:30pm: Hello Pummelo
1:00p: Pokémon: The Movie 2000
