A new Pokémon Utility Hole Cover, or PokéLid (Pokéfuta ポケふた) was unveiled for Ishitsubute Park in Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture on April 2nd, 2025. The lid features Isitsubute, the Support Pokémon for Iwate and Ogerpon.

Each PokéLids is an original design and each is unique with the aim of promoting the appeal of Pokémon and each region they are installed in throughout Japan.

To celebrate the opening of Ishitsubute Park in Kitakami City, a collaboration with Pokémon GO will start on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025. If you visit Ishitsubute Park, you will be more likely to encounter wild Ishitsubute's in Pokémon GO. If you take a photo of a Pokémon using the Snapshot function while in Ishitsubute Park, an Ishitsubute will appear until Monday, May 3rd, 2027.
