Update: Monday, February 20th, 2023

Tickets for the event were sold out but it wasn't revealed until people were about to see Rica perform that she wasn't in attendance and had not traveled to the event. Rica apparently came in contact with someone with COVID-19 but Rica had a PCR test which was negative and said she was healthy. A video of Rica was provided to people privately at the event that explained the situation. Unfortunately for those that had come to see her, they didn't tell people as soon as it was known she couldn't attend so they could cancel travel and accommodations.
