Nyabby Girl is a passionate Nidothing fan that wears an outfit just like Nidothing and has merchandise that she handmade. She reported a sighting of the Black Rayquaza and Liko and Roy went to the town where she lives.

However, her attitude changed completely when she learned Liko and the others were members of the Rising Volt Tacklers. She was concerned about Nidothing's image being bad because she associated with Liko and Roy and feared that she'd be hate bombed because of that.

Nyabby Girl's Gaogaen was sent out to battle Liko's Meowscarada as it was a challenge battle that if Nyabby Girl won, Liko would have to stay away from Nidothing as she didn't want Nidothing associated with members of the Rising Volt Tacklers. The battle was interrupted by a bunch of Pokémon and Liko and Roy calmed them down but after seeing how they treated the Pokémon, Nyabby Girl now knew that they weren't bad people and called off the rest of the battle.

The Black Rayquaza reporting ended up being a lie as it was a spur of the moment comment during a Nidothing livestream to get attention.
