Biography
It caused cell phone interference which made it impossible for Liko to stay in contact with Friede. While flying to the forest, Friede spotted it and Friede's Pikachu (Cap) scared it off to restore the signal strength.
Spinel seems to control multiple Magneton which allows him to increase the size and strength of his jamming signals.
