Lacey is a second-year student at Blueberry Academy, and a member of the school's Elite Four, leading the League Club in the Coastal Biome of the Terarium. She’s a reliable person who shows the player around the academy when they first arrive, as well as serves as Cyrano's unofficial assistant at times. She is very into rules and traditions, trying to make sure everything is done the "right" way. You may hear her utter her catchphrase, "that's just not right!" if you end up breaking one of these rules or traditions. This includes her being against the player, Florian or Juliana, taking on the BB League, as that is usually reserved for Unovans attending the academy.

Lacey specializes in the Fairy type, and prefers Nest Balls over other kinds of Poké Balls. Her father is the Unova Gym Leader Clay, resulting in her also having an Excadrill as her main partner Pokémon. Due to this relation, she also may be a descendant of Lian, but this has not been officially confirmed.
