Professor Willow is the main Pokémon Professor in the mobile game Pokémon GO. He worked under Professor Samuel Oak before setting off on his own exploration journey, so he is very connected to professors in the Pokémon multiverse.
His official anime debut is in a special segment of Pokémon Horizons: the Series. Willow calls Friede and asks him to figure out why there are more Pikachu with hats similar to Friede's Pikachu (Cap) in the wild.

In "The Two Professors" animated shorts, Professor Willow calls with Professor Oak to try to figure out the mystery of Meltan. It is also implied he has worked with Professor Magnolia and Jacq in the past.
