Frank is a movie director that specializes in Pikachu based movies. He has been together with Pikachu his whole life, so he can't tell stories while leaving out Pikachu. During his childhood, he was sick a lot, but Pikachu always cheered him up. When he cried, Pikachu were by his side.

When he was about Ash Ketchum's age, he traveled together with his Pikachu. His Pikachu where also there when he got married and when his wife died. His Pikachu have always given him many smiles and that's why he makes movies, so he can give children all over the world the ability to smile.
