Biography
Victini lives in the Eindoak Town area. It has lived for many years in the area but it was bound there due to a barrier setup by the descendents of the People of the Vale. It desperately wanted to see the ocean but could never reach it due to the barrier holding it back. Ash Ketchum vowed to get Victini there.
