Biography
Mr. Matthews is a film projectionist and owner of the oldest theater in a town near Raimon City. He became friends with Luke. Luke helps out Mr. Matthews with the projections and in exchange for his help, Mr. Matthews allows him to watch the movies for free. Mr. Matthews was the one that told Luke about the battle tournament in Raimon.
