Oakley is very famous in the thieving business as she works with her partner and sister Annie to steal valuable objects. Oakley is a lot more stern than her sister which often comes off as a bit abrasive as well.

When she was in kindergarten, her sister evolved her Kusaihana into a Ruffresia without asking her. She wanted to evolve it into a Kireihana and she has yet to forgive her sister for that.

After using the Heart Drop to power the temple tower machine in Alto Mare, she realized the potential power that she could possess by having control over the device. She attempted to use the device for her own purposes of owning the entire world but Ash Ketchum and his friends managed to stop her before she could do so.

Annie and Oakley were arrested by Officer Jenny and sent to a maximum security prison where they would carry out their sentences.
