Biography
Pokémon Nappers are an evil group of poachers that attempt to capture Pokémon for profit. They are lead by Red Eye and mainly operate in the Oblivia region.
While attempting to capture flying Pokémon they use hovering devices which are equipped with handles for balance with a trigger for activating its weapons.
