In cooperation with The Pokémon Company, Japan Post will implement a variety of promotions, including the installation of Pokémon mailboxes in order to attract more people to letters and stamps. The Pokémon Card Game Pokémon Stamp BOX and Pokémon Greeting Stamps are now available to purchase. High resolution pictures of the mailboxes are available on an Imageboard thread.


With the full cooperation of the City of Yokohama, Pokémon original mailboxes will be installed at two locations in Yokohama.

Design: The mailbox looks like a Monster Ball and Pikachu, Eievui, and Pochama statues are attached to the top of them.
Installation Period: July 7th, 2021 until June 30th, 2022
Mail Acceptance Start Date: July 7th, 2021

Commemorative Stamp at Special Post Box

A limited edition small stamp will be stamped on mail delivered from the special post box from July 7th, 2021 until June 30th, 2022. Foreign addressed mail and special New Year's mail will not be stamped.
