DeNA has announced that the Kiawe Spotlight Scout will take place from June 12th, 2021 at 11:00 p.m. until June 30th, 2021 at 10:59 p.m. in Pokémon Masters EX. Also, there will be Move and Passive Skill Text Improvements in the upcoming Ver. 2.10.0 update.

Important
- The Sync Pair Scout ×6 requires paid Gems.
- You cannot gain scout points from the Sync Pair Scout ×6.
- Once the Sync Pair Scout ×6 has been used 3 times, it will no longer appear on the Sync Pair Scout selection screen.
- The present that comes with the Sync Pair Scout ×11 cannot be obtained from the 4th Sync Pair Scout ×11 onwards.
- Presents will be sent to your Present Box.
- The number of times the daily discount (100 paid Gems per scout) can be used is reset each day. Reset Time: 11:00 p.m. Note: There are no discounted versions of the Sync Pair Scout ×6.
- The sync pairs featured in this sync pair scout may also appear in future sync pair scouts.
- Sync pairs other than the ones mentioned above may appear as well.
- Please note that you cannot have two or more sync pairs that include Trainers with the same name in your team.
- To unlock the sync grid, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 2: A Friendly New Rival (Normal) in single-player.
- To upgrade to 6★ EX, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
- Featured sync pairs have a higher chance of appearing than non-featured 5★ sync pairs.
- To check the available sync pairs and their respective offering rates, go to the Offering Rate section on the Sync Pair Scout screen.

Move and Passive Skill Text Improvements
Move and Passive Skill Text Improvements. The following will be implemented in the upcoming Ver. 2.10.0 update. A separate notice regarding the timing of the Ver. 2.10.0 update will be released following the official announcement.
Update Details
We are planning to improve some of the descriptions for Moves and Passive Skills that include ambiguous expressions like “small chance” and “restores a bit.”
Specific Examples of Improvements
Probabilities
Before Change: Has a small chance of leaving the target poisoned.
After Change: Has a chance (20%) of leaving the target poisoned.
Changes in Rank
Before Change: Sharply raises the user’s Attack.
After Change: Raises the user’s Attack by two stat ranks.
HP Recovery Amounts
Before Change: Restores a bit of the user’s HP.
After Change: Restores the user’s HP by approximately 40% of its maximum HP.
Move Gauge Recovery Amounts
Before Change: Increases the move gauges of all allied sync pairs by two.
After Change: Charges the user’s move gauge by two for each allied sync pair on the field. If used in a co-op battle, charges the move gauges of all allied players by two instead.
Note: The examples above represent only a portion of the text improvements to be made.
Note: We also plan to improve other descriptions for Moves and Passive Skills.
