A completely new Pokémon medal game by SEGA called Pokémon Corogarena (ポケモンコロガリーナ) has been revealed and a limited-time location test is being held from April 16th, 2021 to April 18th, 2021 at Sega World in Tokyo, Japan.

The game is easy to understand and is based on the gameplay of Sugoroku, and a physical ball is used to draw lots. There are 4 player ares for the overall unit. The gameplay has Roll the Dice to Explore (サイコロを振って探検) and then you get Pokémon in Get Mode (バトルモード). When you get six Pokémon, you can challenge the Battle Mode (バトルモード). When you win the Battle Mode, you can challenge Bonus Roulette! (ボーナスルーレット！).

Exploration

Just like in Sugoroku, you roll the dice to advance through the squares. When you stop on a square, various events will occur. To advance through the squares, you need to spend medals.

The minimum amount of medals consumed is 5, and after that, you can choose the amount of medals: 10, 20, 40, or 100. The more medals you consume, the more squares you can upgrade.

Get Mode

You can get a Pokémon by hitting it with the ball and having it fall into the Get Zone at the bottom of the screen. There are two types of Get Mode: Get Mode Mini (green squares) and Get Mode (red squares). In Get Mode Mini, you can challenge to get a Pokémon only once. In Get Mode, you can try multiple times to get a Pokémon even after you get one.

Secret Cave to Battle Mode

When you break through the Secret Cave, you can enter the Battle Mode. In the Secret Cave, Pikachu moves in accordance with the movement of the physical balls you launch. In Battle Mode, you fire a ball at your opponent's mark. Before you enter Battle Mode, your partner Pokémon is selected by lottery. If the ball falls on your partner Pokémon at the bottom of the screen, you can deal a lot of damage. Even if you don't win in Battle Mode, you can get more medals than usual. You can enter Battle Mode by getting Pokémon and accumulating six Battle Steps in addition to exiting the Secret Cave.

Aime Card Authentication

By pressing the Options button on the console, it will display the Aime card authentication screen. Once you have authenticated your card, you will be able to use the Pokémon Zukan and Weekly Missions to check the Pokémon you have collected.
