The holiday shopping season began on August 29th, 2014 as the first 12 amiibo interactive figures became available for pre-order at a suggested retail price of just //media.pocketmonsters.net/news/1979/2.99 each. The first dozen characters that are part of the Super Smash Bros. Collection are available for pre-order at select retailers are: Mario, Peach, Link, Samus, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Pikachu, Kirby, Fox, Marth, Villager and Wii Fit Trainer. More amiibo figures will be released in the future. Pikachu is number 10 in the collection.
