An official presentation of the show lists its main starring voice actors as:

Rica Matsumoto (松本梨香): voice of Satoshi
Ikue Ohtani (大谷育江): voice of Pikachu
Megumi Hayashibara (林原めぐみ): voice of Musashi
Shinichiro Miki (三木眞一郎): voice of Kojiro
Inuko Inuyama (犬山イヌコ): voice of Nyarth
Yuji Ueda (うえだゆうじ): voice of Sonansu
Unsho Ishizuka (石塚運昇): voice of the Narrator
Mayuki Makiguchi (牧口真幸): (Prior voice of Yaoki and Taka)
Yuki Kaji (梶裕貴): (Prior voice of Virgil)
Mariya Ise (伊瀬茉莉也)

Judging by her avatar, I'd say Takeshi, as his voice actor (Yuji Ueda) is back. But he also voices Sonansu, so I dunno.

I would love for Takeshi to be back, but alas it looks highly unlikely :(

Takeshi's not going to be back for the main cast, or the main series. He's going to be in a special, though.

Takeshi's voice actor Yuji Ueda (うえだゆうじ) is back. He's also known as the voice of Sonansu. I'm guessing most his parts are going to be pre-recorded though but he's still credited.

Yup, it'd be strange for him to come back just to record "Sonansuuuuuuuu" every week.

Well, at least Takeshi's getting a special. Can't say the same for Kasumi :p
