Images from the January 2013 issue of Corocoro have revealed that the 16th Pocket Monsters movie will be tentatively called Extremespeed Genesect (神速のゲノセクト). Also revealed was the 16th movie short Pikachu and its Eievui Friends (ピカチュウとイーブイフレンズ) which will accompany the movie. Both will be released in Japanese theaters on July 13th, 2013.


It was also revealed that Genesect will be distributed in Japan from January 11th, 2013 until February 10th, 2013 in Pokémon Centers for players of Pocket Monsters Black, White, Black 2 and White 2.

Oooh, just realised the Genesect was atually a shiny one in the movie.
Quite interesting they're still going to make shorts... wonder why they decided to bring them back in the first place. I hope the artstyle will be as great as last year movie's short.
