Amazon.com has posted information about the upcoming Pokémon - Giratina & the Sky Warrior English Dub DVD. The DVD is scheduled for release on March 31, 2009.

The Official Movie 11 English Dub Website opened a few weeks ago and has posted a trailer, Character biographies, Wallpapers, Screenshots and a storyline for the upcoming movie.

Most character names will be the same as the Japanese version but the big change is Mugen Graceland. His name has been changed to Newton Graceland in the English dub. "Friendly but perhaps a little eccentric, Newton Graceland guides Ash and his friends in the Reverse World."

It's about time they announced this DVD. Information about this movie has been known for ages. The title was found on Sarah's website months ago. The VA work has obviously been done for quite some time, so it seems silly to delay this release so long. They didn't even bother releasing it early to help promote Pokemon Platinum, or have some kind of coupon in the DVD package.

What I find interesting is that Amazon lists the distributor for the Movie 11 English Dub DVD as Uni Dist Corp. (MCA). Don't know if that is a mistake or Viz lost the rights to the movie franchise distribution.

That's interesting... Well, if it's true and as long they do a better job than Viz then I don't care! lol
