Pokémon is loved around the world, both in Japan and abroad, and in 2023, we held Pikachu Afternoon Tea at The Strings Hotel Nagoya and The Strings Hotel Omotesando for a limited time only. For 2024, from July to September, Eievui and its evolved friends Showers, Thunders, Booster, Eifie, Blacky, Leafia, Gracia, and Nymphia will be featured during Afternoon Tea. The afternoon tea will be held in the same style as the Pikachu Afternoon Tea. Pastry chefs from the Strings Hotel Nagoya and Strings Omotesando have teamed up to create colorful and unique Eievui Friends sweet and savory plates inspired by the colorful and unique Eievui evolutions.

The sweets on the stand include macaroons with cream that sticks out like fluffy hair around the neck of Eievui and cool Showers jelly with a beautiful blue gradiant, chocolate cake that recreates the three-dimensional appearance of Thunders with chocolate and candy work. Blueberries and blackcurrants with just the right amount of acidity to evoke the elegant Eifie. A rare cheesecake, green apple mousse representing the eye-catching Leafia with its bright green color, a strawberry and peach tart representing the cute Nymphia with its swinging ribbons, and a Monster Ball rolling in a grassy field where the field is a matcha brownie.

The savory menu includes a curry-flavored bruschetta that expresses the firmer texture of Booster, an arancini that expresses the appearance of Blacky with its sauce and ingredients, and a Consommé royale which represents the always cool Gracia with a blue jelly.

In addition, special desserts featuring Eievui and Nymphia floral soda drinks will also be available. Eievui frappes and art café lattes are also available. Please enjoy this extraordinary, photogenic and exciting experience with cute Eievui Friends sweets and savories.
