{nl}{nl}Nintendo DS sequel to be released March 20 in Japan{nl}The February issue of Coro Coro Comics has announced a sequel to the Nintendo DS game Pokemon Ranger. Pokemon Ranger Batonnage will be released March 20 in Japan and takes place in a school setting in the new region of Allumia.{nl}{nl}Players can choose to play as a boy or girl; the boy's name is Hajime. They can now select their partner Pokemon from one of 17 choices: Munchlax, Mime Jr., Kricketot, Machop, Chimchar, Piplup, Turtwig, Pachirisu, Cranidos, Shieldon, Croagunk, Starly, Snover, Misdreavus, Sneasel, Hipopotas, Gible.{nl}{nl}The game's box art features the main human characters, Pikachu, Piplup, Munchlax, Lucario, Heatran, Cresselia and Darkrai. Among the new features shown in screenshots, characters can now ride Pokemon in water like Surf in the RPGs. Players can participate in side quests in addition to main missions, and they can collect cards to power up their Capture Styli.{nl}{nl}The game release will be accompanied by a new manga of the same title in Coro Coro.
