The Pokémon WCS2023 Yokohama Minato Mirai Events (ポケモンWCS2023横浜みなとみらいイベント) will be held from August 8th, 2023 to August 14th, 2023! Various events will be held at Yokohama Minato Mirai to celebrate the Pokémon World Championships 2023 that will be held at Pacifico Yokohama from August 11th, 2023 to August 13th, 2023.

The Pokémon Summer Festival Park, Let's Celebrate The Pokémon Parade!!, We Move! and Imagination! Into the Next!! lottery ticket registrations are open on the reservation website until 14:59 on July 3rd, 2023. Tickets to the Pokémon x NHK Symphony Orchestra Special Orchestra 2023 concert will be available on the special e-plus website until 11:59 p.m. on July 2nd, 2023.

Pokémon Summer Festival Park (ポケモン夏祭りパーク)

Enjoy lively fair stalls and Bon Odori dance performances related to Pokémon games! A Pokémon matsuri (Japanese styled summer festival) will be held at Rinko Park in Yokohama! There will be many fun yatai (festival stalls) themed around the Pokémon Video Game series, such as “Magikarp Fishing” and “Poké Ball Throw”. Enjoy the festive Bon Dance around an extravagant yagura stage with arranged tracks from the Pokémon Video Game series and Japanese taiko drum performances!

Magikarp Fishing - “Oh! A bite!” Grab a rod and catch yourself a Magikarp!
Poké Ball Throw - “Gotcha! Pokémon was caught!” Throw Poké Balls at all kinds of Pokémon! Try and catch 'em all!
Dondozo's Order Up - “It teams up with a Tatsugiri to catch prey.” Aim your Tatsugiri and land it right in Dondozo's mouth!
Voltorb's Rollout - “What? VOLTORB is evolving!” Roll Voltorb along a precarious board and aim for the goal!
Stone Panel Puzzles - “Don't you wonder who'd make something like this? And why?” Solve the puzzle of the mysterious stone panels and　discover the Pokémon they depict!

* Points are accumulated based on your accomplishments in the festival stall games.
* You can exchange your points for prizes. Regardless of the number of points accumulated, you may receive at least one prize for free.

Pokémon Trainers Cruise (ポケモントレーナーズクルーズ)

Enjoy Pokémon battles and trades on board the luxury cruise ship Nippon Maru! A luxury cruise ship is coming in to port in Yokohama! Climb aboard the NIPPON MARU for a Pokémon Trainer Cruise with special decorations. Pokémon Trainers from all over the world are waiting to meet you, so bring your Nintendo Switch™ or Pokémon Trading Card Game deck to enjoy some casual battles and trade!

* The ship will remain docked during the event. No sailing will take place.
* For the duration of this event, the accommodation and meal service normally provided on the NIPPON MARU will be unavailable. Additionally, there are no restaurants, cafes, or other facilities that sell food and drink on the ship.

Shipboard Overview

Pokémon Video Game Area - Pokémon Trainers can connect and play Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet with one another via their Nintendo Switch™ consoles in this area! The area will be divided into sections where players can battle, trade, and even help each other out in Tera Raid Battles.

Pokémon Trading Card Game area - Players can enjoy challenging each other to Pokémon Trading Card Game battles here!

Other - Take some photos to commemorate your trip on the Pokémon Trainer Cruise! Spaces decorated with Pokémon-themed artwork are abound on board. Feel free to take a break between battles and explore the ship!
