Players of the Korean versions of Pokémon Black and White who purchased the Pokémon Black and White Mini Guides (포켓몬스터 블랙/화이트 속성공략가이드 미니) received a Pokémon Global Link code that would unlock one of the Sinnoh starter Pokémon. Players who purchased one of the 3 Pokémon Card Game BW Starter Sets (포켓몬 카드 게임 BW「퍼스트 세트」) also received a leaflet with a code to unlock one Sinnoh starter Pokémon.
