Nintendo Europe announced that Shiny Gengar and Diancie would distribute the Pokémon throughout Europe. GAME in the United Kingdom distributed Shiny Gengar from October 15th, 2014 until November 5th, 2014 and then Diancie for Pokémon X or Pokémon Y from November 6th, 2014 through to November 28th, 2014. They were also be distributed at the same time in France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Italy. It was distributed at the GameMania/Firstlook Events in the Netherlands & Belgium while it was distributed at Gamestop in Norwary, Sweden, Denmark & Finland. The Gengar is the same for all these countries.
